EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you enjoy our product as much as we enjoyed making it for you, but if you are unsatisfied with the fit or style, we will gladly swap it for a different size!

  1. You must raise an exchange request within 3 days from the date of delivery to be eligible to exchange the product.
  2. If you wish to exchange the product then a nominal exchange fee i.e Rs. 100 will be charged.
  3. We offer size exchanges only.Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for reasons related to color or fabric preference.
  4. Product sold in sets or combination cannot be exchanged individually. 
  5. The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, in it’s original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. We do not offer exchanges on any opened, stained or used products.

The product/products will be picked up within 72 hours by our delivery partner after the exchange request is processed.

Once the purchased order is picked up from the customer, the order will reach our warehouse and after the quality check is done the team will ship the exchange order.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you believe you have received an incorrect product (i.e wrong size or a different colour or a different design ), record and share a clear, continuous unboxing video while reporting the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. The video must begin before the parcel is opened and show the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits. Videos recorded after the parcel has already been opened will not be accepted. An unboxing video is mandatory for verification, and photos alone will not be accepted.


CANCELLATION , RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. We don’t allow product returns or offer any refunds. 
  2. Please note your order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. 
  3. Please note that once your prepaid order has been placed , it cannot be cancelled.
