EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you enjoy our product as much as we enjoyed making it for you, but if you are unsatisfied with the fit or style, we will gladly swap it for a different size!

You must raise an exchange request within 3 days from the date of delivery to be eligible to exchange the product.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, in it’s original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. We do not offer exchanges on any opened, stained or used products.

The product/products will be picked up within 72 hours by our delivery partner after the exchange request is processed.

Once the purchased order is picked up from the customer, the order will reach our warehouse and after the quality check is done the team will ship the exchange order.

Please note: Any returns because of or with any marks or stains will not be accepted.
